The Legacy Grove Collection features a scratch- and stain-resistant surface, a dense composite wood core, a moisture-resistant balancing layer, and an attached acoustical pad for added comfort and sound reduction. Legacy Grove planks measure 7.68 inches wide by 59.65 inches long and have a total thickness of 12mm, including a 2mm attached IXPE acoustical pad. The collection also features an AC4 wear rating, embossed-in-register texture, painted bevel edges, and floating Uniclic® installation. Each carton covers approximately 19.08 square feet.
Legacy Grove flooring is built in layers to balance appearance, comfort, and performance. Its scratch- and stain-resistant overlay protects the decorative wood visual, while the dense HDF composite core provides support and improved resistance to dents and moisture compared with standard laminate construction.
A moisture-resistant balancing layer adds structural stability, and the attached IXPE acoustical pad helps provide greater comfort underfoot while reducing sound.

For deeper cleaning, use a lightly damp mop and a laminate-approved cleaner. Do not saturate the floor or allow water to remain standing on the surface. Titan describes the flooring as water-resistant, but it is not intended to act as a moisture barrier.
Legacy Grove is marketed as water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Spills should be cleaned promptly, and the flooring should not be installed in areas with excessive humidity, such as steam rooms or saunas. It is intended for climate-controlled indoor spaces.

An AC4 rating indicates that the flooring has a durable wear surface intended to withstand substantial everyday foot traffic. It is a stronger rating than laminate products designed only for light residential use. For a product-specific application, the room conditions and Titan Surfaces warranty requirements should still be reviewed before installation.
No additional underlayment should be installed beneath Legacy Grove because it already includes an attached impact- and acoustic-grade pad. Titan’s installation instructions specifically state not to add another underlayment layer.
Legacy Grove uses a floating Unilin Uniclic® locking system. The planks connect without being glued or mechanically fastened to the subfloor. The flooring may be installed on, above, or below grade when the subfloor and jobsite meet Titan’s installation requirements.
Yes. Titan Surfaces laminate may be installed over properly prepared concrete, wood subfloors, and certain existing hard-surface floors. Concrete must be cured, flat, clean, dry, moisture-tested, and covered with the required vapor barrier before installation.
Certain embedded hydronic radiant-heating systems are permitted when all Titan requirements are followed. The system must be installed beneath the concrete surface, and the flooring surface temperature must not exceed 80°F. Electric heating mats placed directly beneath the flooring are not approved.
Each Legacy Grove carton contains approximately 19.08 square feet of flooring.
